Our process

1. You contact us

Contact us to book in an appointment. We will ask a few questions about the issue and book you into a time slot.

2. Arrival and diagnosis

Once we arrive, depending on the complexity of the repair, we will either fix your device on the spot, or take it away to our workshop, and in most cases return it the same day.

3. Repair

Our trained technicians will repair your device using the highest-quality parts available. We never ask for passwords, so your data and personal information is kept safe.

4. Drop-off

Once the repair is completed we will return it to you at a location of your choice.
